We are looking for
Controller (m/f/d) Functional Controlling
at one of our locations in EMEA region - in Germany (Pfullingen or remote) or in Hungary (Budaörs, Veszprém or remote).
Your tasks:- You will play a key roll in the development and implementation of our new Global Functional Controlling concept
- Business Partner to Functional Heads and technical supervision to the Functional Controller
- Support to develop, implement and improve Functional Controlling Governance (Processes, Systems, Reports) in the Regions and Plants
- Interface to Global Controlling to improve and mature processes. Further development of existing controlling instruments
- Collaboration on monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Support of forecast and budget processes
- Support global customizing for all Financial Systems related to Functional Controlling
- Prepare and organize work instructions and project descriptions in necessary languages, give trainings on Functional Controlling Processes, Concepts and System within the Regions and Plants
- University degree in business administration with a focus on controlling or equivalent qualification
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in financial controlling of an industrial company
- Tools: User experience in SAP FI / CO, Microsoft 365, BI Tools (Qlik, PowerBI etc.)
- Business fluent English skills, ideally good knowledge of German
- Willingness to travel internationally (ca. 5%)
