Deine Aufgaben:

Du bist Impulsgeber für unser Business von morgen und in die Konzeption langfristiger technischer Lösungsansätze zur Erweiterung des Produktportfolios involviert Du verantwortest die Leitung, Planung und Steuerung von internen Projekten Du entwickelst kreative und innovative Legal Tech-Lösungen und Produkte für unterschiedliche rechtliche Fragestellungen. Du analysierst Prozesse und kümmerst dich um die Digitalisierung der mandantenbezogenen Abläufe Du verfolgst digitale Trends und bewertest die Chancen für unser Produktportfolio

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen im Projekt- und Anforderungsmanagement sammeln Du verfügst über fundiertes technisches Wissen und bringst Programmierkenntnisse mit Du hast idealerweise praktische Erfahrung in der Prozessanalyse und Digitalisierung von Prozessen Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Moderationskenntnisse Deine hohe Motivationsfähigkeit und die Bereitschaft, Veränderungen aktiv zu gestalten und zu begleiten zeichnen Dich aus Dein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie eine zuverlässige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zählen zu Deinen klaren Stärken Du bist ein empathischer Netzwerker und kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer
