Senior Software Engineer

We are on the lookout for Senior Software Engineer (Golang) - Developer Platform (all genders) to join our key verticals on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
Engineer robust, scalable continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to automate the software delivery process, ensuring high-quality releases with minimal manual intervention.
Participate in designing and evolving the system architecture to ensure it meets current needs and can accommodate future growth and technologies.
Enforce coding standards and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality codebase. Implement automated testing frameworks to catch bugs early and ensure software reliability.
Act as a mentor to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to uplift the team’s overall skill set. Lead by example in both technical and soft skills.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in the software and infrastructure. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize performance and scalability.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and implementation strategies.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Programming Languages: Proficiency in Golang, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Cloud Platforms and Services: Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP) and understanding how to leverage them for scalable and resilient solutions.
Containers and Orchestration: Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration systems (Kubernetes), facilitating the deployment and management of applications.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders across different disciplines.
Nice to have:
Microservices Architecture: Understanding of microservices architecture and patterns, which is beneficial for designing scalable and maintainable systems.
Performance Monitoring Tools: Experience with performance monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana,) to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
