Your Responsibilties
  • You are responsible for planning and managing smart factory projects in the areas of production, logistics, and supply chain management as a project manager
  • You ensure the realization of project goals in terms of time, quality, and costs in classic, agile, and hybrid projects
  • You use your strong analytical skills to identify digitalization potential in process flows and derive specific functional requirements together with specialist departments
  • You act as the interface between departments and IT, identifying optimization potential and translating this into solutions and IT concepts
  • You are in charge of preparing tenders and managing the evaluation process of software and IT service providers
  • You work with the operations team to further develop our Smart Factory Strategy and ensure the targeted implementation of our Big Picture
  • You coordinate and manage internal and external IT service providers and consultants, completing your range of tasks
What You Bring
  • You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, business informatics, production management, production engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • You bring sound professional experience as a project manager in the field of Industry 4.0, production automation, shop floor management, shop floor connectivity, logistics, or supply chain digitalization
  • You ideally possess extensive knowledge and certifications in project management (Scrum, IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, or similar)
  • You are business-fluent in written and spoken English and German
  • You demonstrate a high degree of initiative (hands-on mentality) and work in a very structured and goal-oriented manner
