You will participate in requirements elicitation, analysis of architecture, create and review design and contribute to activities related to estimation, staffing analysis & solutioning and risk planning. You will act as a mentor and support the project team in developing optimized high quality deliverables. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.Required- German proficiency level of C1/C2 (Minimum) and ability to speak in English- Knowledge of multiple SDLC models- Knowledge of relevant quality and process frameworks like CMMi, ITIL- Knowledge of Estimation methodologies to plan and meet project goals- Knowledge of different models of maintenance & support, knowledge of SLA frameworks and Transition process and Knowledge portfolio analysis tools to select and implement the right model- Knowledge of Change control process & tools including traceability matrix to manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle- Drives convergence across multiple interdependent teams, proactively resolves conflict areas- Anticipates customer needs, Analyzes and constantly improves systems, processes and services, resolves tough issues and builds confidence.- Experience in J2EE, Spring, Springboot, Restful Webservices.- Strong on web services, Microservices, Data Structures, Algorithms and Design Patterns- Experience on Restful API- Experience of Hibernate, Spring JPA, XML, XSD and WSDL.- Experience of Oracle DatabasePreferred- PMP certifications is a plus.- Oracle and Java Certification is a plus.PersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
