Luxe Talent, eine internationale Personal- und Ausbildungsberatung, die sich auf Stellenangebote für Führungskräfte und dem mittleren Management in den Bereichen Mode, Luxus, Einzelhandel, Lebensmittel und Getränke, Gastgewerbe und FMCG spezialisiert hat, sucht einen Store Manager (m/w/d) für ein Luxus-Einrichtungsgeschäft in München

In unserer Personal- und Ausbildungsberatung arbeiten wir mit verschiedenen Firmen im Luxus-, Premium- und High-Premium-Bereich in ganz Europa zusammen und haben Büros in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Mailand und München.

Aufgaben als Store Manager:

  • Management: Sie übernehmen die Leitung Ihres Teams und agieren als Coach. Die Ausbildung und Entwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeiter steht ganz oben auf Ihrer Agenda.
  • Verkauf: Routiniert analysieren und kontrollieren Sie die Kennzahlen sowie die Umsatzziele und verbessern so stetig die Leistung der Filiale.
  • Kundenservice: Als Führungskraft gehen Sie mit gutem Beispiel voran indem Sie und Ihr Team den Kunden ein hochwertiges Kundenerlebnis bieten.
  • Merchandising: Sie stellen die Umsetzung der Merchandising-Konzepte sicher und sorgen dafür, dass Ihre Filiale durch eine hohe Servicequalität bei der Warenannahmen und im Lager überzeugt.

Anforderungen als Store Manager:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel oder einer vergleichbaren Branche mit Führungserfahrung
  • Dynamischer Teamplayer mit hoher Verantwortungsbereitschaft und der Fähigkeit, Ihr Team zu begeistern, motivieren und koordinieren
  • Begeisterung für Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände
  • Sie sind ein Verkaufstalent und zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Kundenorientierung aus
  • Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und haben gute Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
