In Revenue and Operations department, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by our technical teams and departments. This means a deep focus on a 360-degree commercial strategy that helps take new products to market and promote and maximize clients’ usage and experience with existing products.

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager based in Hamburg to join our dynamic and fast-paced global marketing team, which includes colleagues from Denmark, UK, France, Spain, Germany, and Lithuania.
In this role, you will report to the Director of Global Product Marketing and serve as a bridge between Adform's product development and commercial teams. Collaborating across functions, you will be responsible for crafting and conveying the positioning, messaging, and overall communication strategies for Adform's products and services.
As part of a highly compact marketing team with global responsibilities and supported by in-house creative capabilities, you will work closely with technical, product, and service colleagues from all 29 of Adform's offices.

We hope you are ready to change the game Be ready to: Participate and support c-level initiatives, storytelling, and product narratives  Collaborate with colleagues across Design, Marcomms, Product Development, and other teams to drive impactful Product Marketing globally  Partner closely with Product Management to identify relevant talking points and align on positioning to the market Develop product positioning and messaging globally - create, refine, deliver, and evaluate go-to-market strategies for products across the entire full stack Ensure the Commercial team has the tools and knowledge needed from a Product Marketing standpoint to execute rapidly evolving and dynamic business objectives, including promotion and internal training Create and deliver market and competitive intelligence by gathering competitive and market insights that can shed light on customer needs and inform new product enhancements

We can grow together faster if you have: Product Marketing experience and expertise The ability to quickly deep dive and master a sophisticated product portfolio while serving as a subject matter expert on the products, industry, and current trends  Experience in/with the Ad Tech Industry is strongly preferred - experience in Advertising is required Excellent project management and communication skills Successful record of building positive cross-group and cross-functional relationships Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders  Excellent communication skills with an entrepreneurial problem-solving spirit that’s innovative, accountable, and inclusive of multiple stakeholders Spirit of an educator including the ability to focus on bridging the technical and non-technical divide Experience conceptualizing internal and external Go-to-Market Demonstrated ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions and recommendations Storytelling skills are expected. You know how to transform technical features into an outcome-based story Ability to seamlessly operate strategically and hands-on as a content creator interchangeably Fluent English proficiency
