Your mission

  • Support in planning and executing recruiting processes 
  • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms 
  • Pre-screening and evaluation of applications 
  • Coordination of interviews and communication with candidates 
  • Support in candidate assessment 
  • Maintenance and management of the applicant database 
  • Contribution to projects aimed at optimizing our recruiting processes
Your profile

  • Currently enrolled student (m/f/x) in business administration, social sciences, psychology, or a related field 
  • Initial experience in recruiting or human resources is a plus 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills 
  • High degree of initiative and ability to work independently 
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word 
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English
