Lead and manage the global security team for our client. Develop and continuously improve the clients' security strategy in close coordination with the overall business objectives and regulatory requirements of the Group, with a particular focus on cloud developments and associated security aspects Implement the clients' security strategy using global security processes, policies, guidelines, and KPIs, and establish a holistic Information Security Management System (ISMS) Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive security programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with the clients' Security Framework Identify, assess, and eliminate security risks, including conducting regular audits and providing advice on security controls; perform risk assessments at physical locations to identify potential vulnerabilities and take appropriate corrective actions Design security architectures, technologies, and solutions in close collaboration with operational units to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, products, and data Collaborate with relevant human resources departments to establish and enforce personnel safety policies Supervise and evaluate physical security measures for clients' sites Ensure the existence of appropriate disaster recovery and business continuity procedures and technologies Monitor compliance with regulations and standards (, NIS2, etc.) Manage security incidents, emergencies, and crisis situations; coordinate among subsidiaries in the event of major threats Represent the clients' company to external interest groups on information security issues Promote safety awareness and training initiativesRequirements
Master's degree in computer science, information security or equivalent professional experience (10+ years) Several years of professional experience in the field of information security management (ISMS) Strong knowledge of developing secure cloud, network, system and application architectures Knowledge and practical experience in the application of relevant standards and regulatory requirements (ISO/IEC 27xxx, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, GSMA, TISAX) Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification is desirable Ability to communicate information appropriately to different target groups Analytical thinking with a strong solution orientation and customer-focused mindset Willingness to embrace change, to continually learn and to stay up to date with information security and market developments Excellent written and spoken English and German skillsBenefits
