Aufgaben, die wir in Ihre Hände legen

Sie verantworten die Arbeitsprozesse von der Warendisposition über die Lieferung und Lagerung bis hin zum Warenverkauf und setzen sinnvolle Prioritäten. Sie sind für die Einhaltung unserer hohen Frischestandards und für die Planung und Umsetzung von Aktionen zuständig. Sie sorgen für die Einhaltung betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen und führen die Inventur durch. Mit Leidenschaft führen Sie Ihr Team und planen den Personaleinsatz.

Sie sind im Einzelhandel ausgebildet (z. B. Kauffrau oder Kaufmann im Einzelhandel). Sie bringen Waren- und Sortimentskenntnisse im Bereich Obst und Gemüse mit. Sie verstehen es, betriebswirtschaftlich zu denken und zu handeln und haben bereits Erfahrung als Abteilungsleitung. Sie kommunizieren transparent, sind empathisch, kreativ und treffen eigenverantwortlich Entscheidungen.
