Unsere Mission besteht darin, mit innovativen IoT-Sensoren und Luftqualitätsüberwachungsgeräten eine sicherere und gesündere Arbeitsumgebung zu schaffen.

Für unser visionäres Unternehmen suchen wir eine heldenhafte Unterstützung in Form von Dir, für die Rolle „Costumer Support & Teamassistenz (m/w/d)“ in Vollzeit oder in Teilzeit.

Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei administrativen Aufgaben wie Terminplanung und Korrespondenz
  • Kundenanfragen per E-Mail oder Telefon beantworten und Problemlösungen anbieten
  • Sorgfältige Auftragsabwicklung von Bestelleingang bis zum Versand
  • Pflege der Kundendatenbank und Dokumentation von Kundenanliegen
  • Organisation von Meetings und Veranstaltungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Ausschreibungs- und Vergabevorgängen sowie der Auftragsverwaltung
  • Allgemeine Unterstützung des Teams bei verschiedenen Projekten
Qualifikation
  • Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift
  • Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
  • Eigenständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Teamfähigkeit
  • Interesse an technischen Themen und Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in neue Aufgabenfelder
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
