Your tasks

Creation or adaptation of plans and reports for cleaning validation (incl. corresponding service life validations) and cleaning concepts for cleaning processes in diagnostics production in accordance with Needs and required timelines based on regulatory and internal company specifications Identification of product and equipment groups with the corresponding worst-case representatives Creation or adaptation of rationalization papers, evaluations and risk assessments (FMEA), according to requirements and required timelines Creation or adaptation of specification documents (SOPs etc.) for cleaning processes, downtimes, cleaning validation according to requirements and required timelines Designing and supporting the development and establishment of cleaning processes. Exchange of expertise in the context of cleaning validation within the department Signature as author of cleaning validation documents (plans, reports, assessments) in the document management system Organization and supervision (also on site) of sampling in the production plants and tests for cleanability

Your profile

Completed scientific studies and several years of experience in production or laboratory operations (preferably in the pharmaceutical, chemical or diagnostics field) Sound professional experience Experience in the field of cleaning validation or qualification of equipment and / or quality assurance Experience in project management, interface management and in the development of concepts for cleaning validation Fluent written and spoken German and English
