Coordinator Web Platform - Content & Feature Development (f/m/d)

Marketing inspired by you - Your tasks

Coordinate end-to-end implementation of content and functionality related projects on Mazda Web properties. Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate into functional requirements for new website features. Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the website features are developed according to the business requirements. Perform tests of various web touchpoints to facilitate go live or ensure error free post-go live. Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project to ensure that everyone is aligned on the goals and progress of the project. Provide general support with the roll-out of new content and features. Act as the markets single point of contact for digital questions/activities on the new content for their platforms. Day to day stakeholder management, cross-departmental and market communication, agency alignment and follow-up communication. Guide and coordinate agency & align activities with agency partners. Maintain a deep understanding of current automotive industry trends

Passion meets power - Your profile

University degree in Marketing/Communication/Sales/Economics or equivalent. Minimum 2 years in website operation or in a multi- national website operation or in a website marketing agency. Experience analysing web data - Data driven mindset. Use analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business needs and recommend solutions that drive business value. Experience in CMS management and usage. Hands-on, results-driven self-starter personality. Sound operational knowledge of web platforms operations. Understanding of the technical elements of a website and its associated technologies e.g. web architecture, HTML, CSS, Java Script, API, etc. Project management experience - Desirable experience of agile/ scrum project operations. Understanding of personalized journeys and building platform roadmaps. Experience with stakeholder management, agencies and 3rd parties in an international environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with agencies and team members
