Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden
  • Teilnahme an Kundenterminen
  • Erstellung von 8D Reporten
  • Teilnahme an diversen Prozessen wie Risikoanalysen
  • Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft
  • Qualitätsmanagement
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Trainings
Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Reaktive Qualitätsmethoden
  • Präventive Qualitätsmethoden (Risikoanalyse, etc.)
  • Kenntnisse in IAFT 16949 sowie VDA 6.3
  • Problemlösungskenntnisse
  • Eigeninitiative
  • SAP Kenntnisse
  • Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
