Your responsibilities
Coordination and documentation of building-related ESG requirements Coordination with stakeholders regarding ESG and sustainability reporting Developing and supporting standards and digitalisation projects Supporting facility project management Maintaining the KPI control system Development and maintenance of digital site documentationYour profile
At least three years of experience in facility management Experience of ESG and sustainability reporting requirements Knowledge of the organisation of operational processes and management of technical and infrastructural facility services Very good knowledge and confident use of MS Office programmes (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP desirable Initiative, commitment and a strong understanding of service with a confident demeanour, ability to work under pressure and in a team German at a business fluent level and good written and spoken English skillsYour benefits
