The Staff Accountant will support the daily functions of the Germany business unit. Primary focus will be related to Germany/EU receivables and payables.

Roles/Responsibilities

Daily receivables and payables activities and account reconciliations. Communications with customers and suppliers. Timely and accurate preparation of month-end journal entries as assigned. Perform daily banking activities as assigned. Ensure the timely deposit and application of all cash receipts of the company. Determine the amount and timing of all wires, cables and letter of credit payments to foreign vendors. Verify and reconcile all payments and credits with product receipts and returns. Prepare audit workpapers for the annual audit.

Education and/or Experience

Ability to speak/read/write in both German and English languages. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem solving skills. Strong analytical skills. Strong spreadsheet skills. Very organized and detail oriented. Customer service oriented Team player Positive Honest
