Senior Product Manager (m/w/divers)

Wir suchen ein neues Teammitglied mit ausgeprägtem Schwerpunkt auf Product Discovery für unser Produkt easycheck.
Das sind Deine Aufgaben:
Verantwortung für das Customer Value Risk und die Business Viability Durchführung kontinuierlicher Marktanalysen, auch mittels wöchentlicher Kundeninterviews, um Markt- und Nutzerprobleme erkennen zu können Steuerung des Produktentwicklungsprozesses zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der strategischen Zielsetzung Prototyping mit Kunden, teilweise in Zusammenarbeit mit Designern und Entwicklern. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem erfahrenen Vertriebsteam und Unterstützung bei Entwicklung und Durchführung zukünftiger Marketingaktivitäten Verantwortung für die kundenorientierte Produktvision und Mitentwicklung unserer langfristigen Produktideen Reiseanforderungen: Quartalsweise Team-Workshops und gelegentliche Treffen mit Kunden oder Teilnahmen an Messen
Das ist Dein Profil:
Mehrjährige Erfahrung als CPO in einem kleinen Startup oder in einem empowered Product Team in einem deutschen oder internationalen Scale-up Aktueller erprobter Wissensstand bezüglich Discovery-Methoden und Product-Themen Tiefgehendes Verständnis für die Probleme der Kunden und Nutzer und Spaß an der Entwicklung und Testung innovativer Ideen gemeinsam mit dem Team Grundlegende Kenntnisse über APIs und effektive Kommunikation mit API-Integratoren Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem funktionsübergreifenden Remote-Team innerhalb Deutschlands, vertraut mit Tools wie Miro und Confluence Optional: Verständnis und praktische Erfahrung mit dem Shape-Up-Ansatz, mit einem klaren Fokus darauf, nicht nur Features zu entwickeln, sondern tatsächliche Outcomes zu erreichen Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift Idealerweise Kenntnis und Anwendungserfahrung der „Jobs To Be Done“-Theorie, um Kundenbedürfnisse zu identifizieren und Produkte daraufhin anzupassen
