Als Business Methods Engineer (d/f/m) / Projektleitung (m/w/d) sind Sie für die Sicherstellung und Koordination von Teilprojekten aus dem Bereich Manufacturing Engineering zuständig und mit folgenden Aufgaben vertraut:
  • Leitung und Umsetzung von ME-Digitalisierungsprojekten sowie ME-Standardisierungsprojekten (im speziellen MES - Manufacturing Execution System), Deployment, Training und End-User-Support
  • Identifizierung, Abstimmung und Koordination der Projekt-Schnittstellen
  • Sicherstellen und Koordination von Teilprojekten aus dem Bereich Manufacturing Engineering
  • Erstellung von Projektsteckbriefen und Abstimmung der Leistungsinhalte mit den Auftraggebern/Kunden
  • Erstellung und Vertretung detaillierter Projektaufwandsplanungen und Projektbeschreibungen
  • Planung und Controlling von Projektlieferanten
  • Aufzeigen der Teilprojektrisiken und Einleitung von Maßnahmen zum Risikominimierung
  • Einrichtung und Moderation von Arbeitsfortschrittsbesprechungen
  • Abstimmung und Umsetzung von Prozessstandards
  • Förderung des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses innerhalb der Plant - ME Organisation

Das suchen wir:
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium der Fachrichtung Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mind. über 2-jährige Berufserfahrung in der Fertigung / Produktion, Projektleitung sowie Erfahrung im Manufacturing Engineering
  • Kenntnisse in SAP ME werden vorausgesetzt
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Die Fähigkeit das eigene Leistungsvermögen optimal in einem Team zu entfalten und zum Nutzen der Gruppe einzubringen
  • Die Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft sich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten sowie die Ausdauer und Beharrlichkeit sich in ein komplexes Umfeld einzuarbeiten
