Ihr fundiertes Wissen aus IT und Security zur Risikoeingrenzung in der Praxis unter Beweis stellen Formulierung und Implementierung von Monitoring-Controls basierend auf den ERGO Sicherheitsanforderungen durch fachliche Expertise und Beratung Konzeption, fachliche Führung und Betrieb der konzernweiten Informationssicherheit (IS) und des Risikomanagements (RM) für ERGO Deutschland im 2nd LoD Information Security Team Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der Risikoberichterstattung zur Informationssicherheit für die ISO Stetige Weiterentwicklung der IDV-Vorgaben, einschließlich Policy, Methodik und Controls Koordination und Überwachung der Festlegung von Risikobehandlungsmaßnahmen für Informationsrisiken Zusammenarbeit mit den ISOs bei der Struktur- und Schutzbedarfsanalyse und Sicherstellung der Vererbung der Schutzbedarfe auf Supporting Assets
Ihr Profil:
Ein guter Mix aus Teamplayer und lösungsorientierter Persönlichkeit Abgeschlossenes Studium (bevorzugt Informatik) oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit IT-Hintergrund und Weiterbildungen Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich der Informationssicherheit, sowie Erfahrung mit regulatorischen Anforderungen wie VAIT und BSI-KritisV Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise Freude an der Teamarbeit, hohe Kooperationsbereitschaft, sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein Kenntnisse in relevanten Sicherheitsstandards und wünschenswerte Zertifizierungen (z. B. ISO 27001, CISA, CISM, CISSP)
