Your role

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Talent Acquisition Director to lead our recruitment efforts and drive organizational growth. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies that align with our company's goals and values. We are looking for a leader who can effectively manage and inspire our team, streamline recruitment processes, and ensure that we attract and retain top talent

Key Skills / Experience

Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a full cycle (from sourcing to closing) talent acquisition strategy that meets the company’s growth ambitions and cultural fit; Team Management: Lead, mentor, and expand the talent acquisition team to build a high-performing recruitment function; Recruitment Process Optimization : Design and implement efficient and scalable recruitment processes that enhance candidate experience and reduce time-to-hire; Employer Branding : Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to enhance our employer brand and promote our company as an employer of choice; Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with the executive leadership team to understand functional needs and ensure alignment with business objectives. Analytics and Reporting : Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and ensure regular reporting, enhance the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies, provide strategic market intelligence on hiring trends in the locations where we operate, ensure regular reporting of relevant recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness of recruiting programs and talent hired globally; DEI : Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process to build a diverse workforce that reflects our global customer base; Candidate Experience : Guarantee a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle Compliance and Best Practices : Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and regulatory requirements affecting recruitment and employment in the markets where we operate to ensure best practices are followed.

What you bring

Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 10 years in a leadership role; Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and tools, with a track record of implementing successful strategies; Excellent leadership and team-management skills; Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral; Ability to handle multiple priorities and build strong relationships across diverse groups; Strong analytical skills with an ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition team.
