Tätigkeitsbereich

Unsere IT-Abteilung unterhält eine hochkomplexe und vielfältige IT-Systemlandschaft für unsere Fachverfahren Rente, Rehabilitation und Versicherung sowie weitere Spezialverfahren. Aktuell modernisieren wir unsere Anwendungslandschaft und transformieren deren Betrieb. In diesem spannenden Projektumfeld gehören die Digitalisierung, Automatisierung sowie die Neuentwicklung und der stabile Betrieb der Applikationen zu den wichtigsten Zielen. Mit agilen Methoden wird eine enge Zusammenarbeit sowie der nahtlose Übergang von der Entwicklung zum modernen IT-Betrieb gelebt.

Ihre Aufgaben

als Product Manager:

Sie analysieren zielgerichtet verschiedene Märkte und ihre Potentiale und entwickeln unsere Produktvisionen; bleiben stets am Puls der Zeit und State-of-the-Art Enger Austausch mit dem Product Team (Product Management, weitere Product Owner (m/w/d) oder Anwendungsentwicklung) und liefern von Impulsen für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen Sie erarbeiten mit den Teams die Produktstrategie und setzen diese in eine Release-Roadmap um Sie sind Übersetzer*in für die spezifischen, fachlichen Anforderungen an unsere Teams in der Softtwareentwicklung und treiben diese Themen stetig voran Sie treten als kompetente*r und verbindliche*r
