What you will do

As a BIM Consultant at BIMobject, your main responsibility is to pre-coordinate BIM development projects in the Request phase. You will support, guide and advise customers to ensure a smooth and efficient BIM development process for the customers and the BIM Content Production department alike.

In this role, you will assist Sales and Customer Success Teams with technical support relating to BIM. You are our main spokesperson when advising customers and prospects in BIM-related discussions and your goal is to ensure that we deliver the high-quality BIM content that our end-users require.

You lead the way towards successful BIM developments by making sure that customers understand and agree to the requirements of a content development project and the different steps throughout the process. To be able to do this, it is important that you have experience in the BIM content development process. 

As a BIM Consultant, you are the link between the customers and the BIM Content Production teams. As a result, you ensure that documentation, reference material and questions are handled professionally before, during and after the BIM content development projects. You will also follow-up, look into and solve possible incoming complaints, technical errors or user support from customers.

Your responsibilities

Provide BIM technical support and advice to customers and prospectsWork closely with Sales and Customer Success teams for issues and inquiries relating to content developmentBIM Content Production department's spokesperson to customersDeeply understand BIM Content Productions operations and services provided Manage content development projects from start to end. This includes collecting and validating the reference material and relevant documentation that BIM Content Production teams need to develop a project, support the customer throughout the process and make sure everything gets delivered on time
Support Content Production Team Managers in defining the scope of work of projectsSupport in Zendesk when BIM content-related feedback/questions from users arise

Qualifications:

Deep knowledge/expertise in the development of families and systems in Revit BIM industry knowledge ArchiCAD/GDL knowledge is a plus Professional English (verbal and written)Professional fluency in German. French, Spanish, Italian or any of the Scandinavian languages are merits. Background in Architecture, Engineering and/or Construction

This is a global position, and you are probably located close to Munich or Madrid. However, we have offices in Gliwice, Budapest, Milan, and Malmö so for the right applicant, you can be located in those offices as well. Remote work from any of those countries may also be considered.
