Description
  • Several years of experience leading financial departments in mid-sized to large corporations, preferably with exposure to the tech industry
  • Strong experience in M&A and exit transactions, with a proven track record of executing successful deals
  • Experience in leading a finance team and managing relationships with external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
Profiles
  • Lead the finance and accounting functions of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.
  • Oversee M&A transactions and provide financial guidance to the deal team
  • Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, including coaching and development of team members
