speakeasy Berlin ist eine moderne Sprachschule für Deutsch als Fremdsprache in
Berlin-Friedrichshain. Wir vermitteln in einer gemütlichen Lernatmosphäre die deutsche Sprache an erwachsene Lernende. Die praktische Vermittlung der Sprache erfolgt in Präsenz- und Onlinekursen. Zudem führen wir regelmäßig telc-Prüfungen durch.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine:n motivierte:n Mitarbeiter:in (m/w/d) im Customer Service für die Beratung unserer Sprachlernenden in Berlin-Friedrichshain und Berlin-Charlottenburg für 25 Stunden/Woche.  

So sieht dein Arbeitsalltag aus
  • Betreuung unserer Schüler:innen per E-Mail und Telefon berlinweit sowie am Empfang der Schule in der Warschauer Straße
  • Beratung von Kund:innen für Visa-gebundene Kurse
  • Verkauf von Lehrwerken
  • Vertretung vor Ort in Friedrichshain und Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf bei personellen Engpässen
  • Administrative Aufgaben wie Planung des Kursangebots
  • Pflege der Kundendaten und entsprechende Dokumentation
  • Aktive Sicherung der Schülerzufriedenheit
Das bringst du mit
  • mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im Customer Service und/oder administrativen Tätigkeiten
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung, Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit erwachsenen Sprachlernenden
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse auf mind. B2-Niveau
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie sicherer Umgang mit E-Mail-Verkehr auf Englisch
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC- und Office-Anwendungen
