Ihre Aufgabe

Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Fertigungsverfahren / Fertigungstechnologien Qualifizierung neuer Produktionsbereiche Konzeptionierung und Einführung von Vorrichtungen, Teilautomations- und Automationslösungen Begleitung und Qualifizierung neuer Verfahren/Produktionsanlagen (FAT Factory Acceptance Test / SAT Site Acceptance Test, IQ, OQ, Prozessvalidierung, Maschinenfähigkeitsanalysen) Prozessentwicklung während der Entwicklung von neuen Produkten und Überführung von Baugruppen und Produkten aus der Entwicklung in die Serienfertigung Betreuung von Nullserien Aktive Umsetzung von „Design to Cost“ und “Design to Quality“ Umsetzung „Design for manufacturing“ für Bestandsprodukte und neu Produkteentwicklung Prototypenbau, Erstbemusterung und Dokumentationserstellung Erstellung von Lastenheften für neues Fertigungsequipment und Prozess- Risikoanalysen (FMEAs) Projektleitung bei Entwicklungs- und Rationalisierungsprojekten Standortübergreifende Definition von Prüfstrategien und Vorgaben zur Kalibrierung von Prüfmitteln Aktives Changemanagement Schulung des Fertigungspersonals Aufgaben nach Anweisung des Vorgesetzten

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Produktionstechnik oder Maschinenbau in der Vertiefungsrichtung Fertigungstechnik, Medizintechnik oder eine vergl. Ausbildung (Techniker) Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld Automatisierungstechnik oder Maschinenbau sowie der Projektierung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungsprojekten Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und moderner Projektplanungsmethoden Idealerweise 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Medizintechnik Erfahrung in der Herstellung und Entwicklung von Medizinprodukten vorteilhaft Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen im Bereich Industrial Engineering und in der Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Standortübergreifenden Themen Sichere EDV Kenntnisse (MS Office) Unternehmerisches Denken mit Sinn für die Umsetzung des technisch Machbaren Eigenmotivierte, selbstständige, strukturierte, zielorientierte und durchsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise Konversationssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Teamfähigkeit Career with a purposeWe offer an opportunity to create and deliver treatments that save and change lives for the better.
