This position is for the development of Vitesco owned ASICs and Functional Semiconductor Blocks.

Job description:

Delving into design (incl. layout), simulation results and test results Involvement already during ASIC concept phase for optimizing the ASIC in the early phase already for best verification approach Close cooperation with silicon foundries ( GlobalFoundries, TSMC …) for exclusive Vitesco ASICs Support new concepts to reduce time to marketJob requirements:
Academic degree in electrical engineering or equivalent Long-time professional experience in ASIC design and verification Academic degree in electrical engineering or equivalent Knowledge and experience regarding semiconductor processes to consider process specialties in the verification process Project experience, especially related to ASIC Design Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English language, German appreciated Good communication skills and ability to work in intercultural teams, personal initiative, high engagementAt Vitesco Technologies, we place great importance on creating a working environment that promotes and actively supports diversity and inclusion.
