Als Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) im Business Development der Cansativa Group gestaltest du aktiv die Zukunft unseres Unternehmens. Du identifizierst und onboardest neue Supplier, bringst spannende Marken nach Deutschland und leitest große, strategische Projekte, die den zukünftigen Erfolg der Cansativa Group maßgeblich beeinflussen.

DAS PACKST DU AN

Verantwortung übernehmen: Du leitest strategische, funktionsübergreifende Projekte und berichtest direkt an unseren Chief of Growth.
Projektmanagement meistern: Du steuerst Projektmeetings und sorgst für eine reibungslose Vor- und Nachbereitung mit allen Beteiligten.
Präzises Reporting: Du erstellst aussagekräftige Präsentationen für die Geschäftsleitung und Geschäftspartner, die die Projektergebnisse klar auf den Punkt bringen.
Stakeholder-Management: Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen und stellst sicher, dass Erwartungen gemanagt und Projektziele erreicht werden.
Change Management vorantreiben: Du steuerst und unterstützt Veränderungsprozesse, die aus Projekten resultieren, und stellst sicher, dass Verbesserungen erfolgreich umgesetzt werden.

FÜR DAUERHAFTEN ERFOLG BRINGST DU MIT

Ausbildung: Du verfügst über einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss der Wirtschaftswissenschaften einer renommierten Universität 
Berufserfahrung: Du solltest mindestens 2-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem schnell wachsenden Startup, Scaleup oder einer Unternehmensberatung gesammelt haben. 
Fachliche Kenntnisse: Du hast Deine Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse bereits unter Beweis stellen können und sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch. 
Deine Persönlichkeit: Du bist belastbar, zielstrebig und arbeitest strukturiert. Außerdem bist Du ein Kommunikationstalent und weißt, wie man ein Team motiviert.
