Dein agiles Mindset ebnet den Weg für einen flexiblen und hocheffizienten Testprozess, der die nahtlose Automatisierung von Tests mit einschließt. Ganzheitliche QA-Automatisierung: Du strebst die vollständige Automatisierung der QA an. Mit einer experimentierfreudigen Einstellung und dem Mut zum Pareto-Prinzip (80:20) gehst du über herkömmliche Grenzen hinaus. Die Weiterentwicklung von Freigabeanweisungen und Checklisten zur Qualitätssicherung betrachtest du nicht nur als Aufgabe, sondern als Chance, Prozesse intelligenter und effektiver zu gestalten. Beratung als Storytelling : Du bist nicht nur Berater, sondern Storyteller. Du erklärst Fachabteilungen nicht nur Testmethoden und -Tools, sondern vermittelst eine Vision von kontinuierlicher Verbesserung und Innovation in der Teststrategie. Community Practice Testing (COP) Reloaded : Du führst nicht nur durch Schulungen, du inspirierst durch Experience. Die Fortführung der Community Practice Testing gestaltest du als Plattform für Wissensaustausch und interaktives Lernen. Software-Testwerkzeuge als Innovationstreiber : Du implementierst nicht nur Werkzeuge, du schaffst Innovation. Die Evaluation und Implementierung von Software-Testwerkzeugen ist für dich nicht nur ein Job, sondern eine Möglichkeit, unsere Entwicklungsteams auf das nächste Level zu heben. Dienstleistung und Coaching mit Startup-Mentalität : Du verstehst deine Rolle nicht nur als Dienstleistung, sondern als Startup-Mentalität in einem etablierten Unternehmen.
