Die Mission:
Als Director* of Accounting leiten Sie die Teams der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie für das Hauptbuch an und sind ein Teil der wirtschaftlichen Steuerungsgruppe des Unternehmens. Dabei sind in Vollzeit in unserem Head Office an der Hamburger Außenalster tätig und übernehmen folgende Aufgaben:
- Sie verantworten sowohl den Konzernabschluss als auch den Einzelabschluss der Holdinggesellschaft (Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschluss) jeweils nach HGB .
- Sie steuern die Einzelabschlüsse (Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschluss) nach HGB.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Konsolidierung nach HGB, inklusive. der Bewertung der Firmenwerte.
- Sie betreiben aktives Schnittstellenmanagement zum externen Buchhaltungsdienstleister, Steuerberater sowie zu den Nebenbüchern.
- Sie stellen die Weiterentwicklung des Rechnungswesens innerhalb der Gruppe, u.a. Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung von Kontierungs- und Bilanzierungsrichtlinien, Erarbeitung von Konzepten zum Insourcing der Hauptbuchhaltung sowie die Auswahl eines geeigneten ERP-Systems, sicher.
- Sie sind zentraler Ansprechpartner* für den externen Buchhaltungsdienstleister, Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Behörden und die Banken sowie für die Geschäftsführung.
- Sie verantworten den Prüfungsprozess des Jahresabschlusses sowie mit Unterstützung des Steuerberaterbüros die Betriebsprüfungen.
- Sie gestalten als Teil des Finanzteams die Strategie unserer Hotelgruppe maßgeblich mit und sind in die strategischen und operativen Planungsprozesse und Mergers & Acquisitions-Projekte eingebunden.
Das macht Sie aus:
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Steuern / Finanzwesen / Rechnungswesen oder einen gleichwertigen Abschluss, ein Steuerberater Examen ist wünschenswert.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen eines (internationalen) Unternehmens oder in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft sowie in der Einzel- und Konzernabschlusserstellung nach HGB mit.
- Sie besitzen sehr gute praktische Kenntnisse in MS Office, vor allem in Excel, sowie in der Anwendung einer ERP-Software, idealerweise auch Berufserfahrung in der Auswahl und Einführung einer ERP-Software.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine selbstständige, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie ein hohes Abstraktionsvermögen aus.
- Sie besitzen die Fähigkeit, in hochkomplexen Umfeldern stets den Überblick zu behalten und bringen erste Erfahrungen in der disziplinarischen Mitarbeiterführung mit.
- Ein sicheres Auftreten und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten über alle Hierarchieebenen hinweg runden Ihr Profil ab.
