Wir suchen derzeit einen erfahrenen Produktionsqualitätsingenieur, der Qualitätsmetriken, Leistungskennzahlen entwickelt und aufrechterhält und Qualitätsverluste in der Produktion verhindert, indem er die Reduzierung von Ausschuss, Nacharbeit und Reparaturen fördert.


Berichtend an den Leiter Qualität werden Sie als Qualitätsfachmann interne Prozess- und Produktprüfungen durchführen, Qualitätsprobleme in der Produktion lösen, Überprüfungen und Schulungen zur Erststückprüfung durchführen und frühzeitig durch Initiativen zur Prozessverbesserung in allen Funktionen intervenieren.


Mit Erfahrungen aus einer ähnlichen Tätigkeit im Bereich Produktionsqualität und dem Willen zur Weiterentwicklung unterstützen Sie die Qualitätssprechstunde und führen gemeinsam das Materialprüfungsgremium (MRB). Sie werden Ursachenanalyse-Korrekturmaßnahmen leiten und moderieren und unterstützen bei der Koordination aller Maßnahmen und Aktivitäten zur Verbesserung des Managementsystems und deren Implementierung, einschließlich der Identifizierung, Untersuchung und Bewertung von Schwachstellen.


Qualifikationen:

• Bachelor-Abschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften oder gleichwertiges Wissen/Erfahrung.

• Fähigkeit zur Arbeit im Schichtdienst

• Kenntnisse in der Luft- und Raumfahrt sowie in normativen Vorschriften

• Mindestens Geschäftsniveau in Englisch und Deutsch.

• Vertrautheit mit Qualitätsmethoden wie Ursachenanalyse und Maßnahmen zur Fehlerbehebung.

• Fähigkeit, technische Dokumentationen zu lesen.

• Kenntnisse in Faserverbundstoffen, Laminiertechnologien, Oberflächenbehandlungsprozessen und Messmethoden.

• Kenntnisse in der Wärmebehandlung.

• Erfahrung mit digitalen Qualitätsmanagementsystemen und ERP-Systemen.

• Vertrautheit mit APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).

• Fähigkeit im Umgang mit gängigen Büroanwendungen.

• Erfahrung in Materialprüfung MRA/MRB.

• Zertifizierung als leitender EN9100-Auditor (oder die Möglichkeit, schnell zertifiziert zu werden)
