Als Teilprojektleiter im Bereich Installation und Inbetriebsetzung überwachen und steuern Sie die Vorbereitung und Ausführung aller baustellennahen Projektabwicklungsthemen. In diesem abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsumfeld arbeiten Sie eng mit der Projektleitung (technische Projektleitung, kaufmännische Projektleitung, weitere Teilprojektleiter) und Ihren Kollegen aus den Bereichen der Baustellenleitung, der Installation und Inbetriebsetzung zusammen und wirken aktiv an der erfolgreichen Übergabe unserer innovativen AIS und GIS- Schaltanlagen an unsere Kunden weltweit mit.
Wie Sie etwas bewirken können
Termin-, kosten- und qualitätsgerechte Planung der baustellenrelevanten Abwicklungsthemen sowie der Inbetriebsetzung von gas- und luftisolierten Schaltanlagen Sicherstellen der Einhaltung der vertraglichen Verpflichtungen und gesetzlichen Regelwerke, sowie der Arbeitsschutz- und Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften Vorbereitung eines störungsfreien Baustellenablaufs sowie Überwachung, Dokumentation und Kommunikation des Fortschritts der Arbeiten unter Einbeziehung der Lieferanten und interner und externer Partner Projektplanung (Ressourcen / Termine / Nachunternehmer) im Arbeitsbereich in enger Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung und den beteiligten Landesgesellschaften Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei Angebotsanfragen an Nachunternehmer (Zusammenstellung der technischen Anteile der Ausschreibungspakete) Unterstützung der Projektleitung beim Risiko- / Claim-Management, der Sicherstellung der Qualität und Arbeitssicherheit auf der Baustelle, sowie Non Conformance Reporting (NCR)Was Sie mitbringen
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieursstudium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung in einer technischen Fachrichtung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Inbetriebsetzungsleitung bzw. technischen Teilprojektleitung / Projektabwicklung von Großanlagen ( Schaltanlagen, Energieverteilungssystemen) Gute Kenntnisse im Projekt-Management in den Bereichen Vertrags-/ Claim Management, Anforderungsmanagement, Risikomanagement, Änderungsmanagement und Umsetzungsmanagement, Termin-/Arbeitsplanung Positives Konfliktmanagement, Entscheidungsfähigkeit, Ergebnisorientierung, Motivationsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit in internationalen/interkulturellen Teams Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
