Deine Aufgaben

Head of Business Controlling Integrated Gross Margin Power (w/m/d) in Vollzeit/Teilzeit/Job-Sharing

Als Teil unserer Abteilung Business Controlling Power Trading & Integrated Gross Margin suchen wir einen Head of Business Controlling Integrated Gross Margin Power (w/m/d), um gemeinsam die Performance des Stromgeschäfts von Uniper zu steigern. Verantwortlichkeiten:

Führung eines Teams von fünf (leitenden) Business Controllern und Nutzung der Vision & Mission des Business Controllings zur Wertschöpfung und Digitalisierung Leitung der Planung und Berichterstattung der Bruttomargen von Unipers Segmenten Flexibel & Grüne Stromerzeugung Bereitstellung von Analysen zu den Auswirkungen von Umweltveränderungen (z. B. Rohstoffpreise, Marktbedingungen, Regulierung) auf die Leistung, Bewertung von Bedrohungen und Schwächen und Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen Leitung funktionsübergreifender Projekte zur weiteren Verbesserung der bestehenden Prozesse und Systemlandschaft Vorantreiben der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Berichtsprozesse und -tools Förderung einer konstruktiven und nahtlosen Zusammenarbeit zwischen verschiedenen Teams (z. B. Business Controlling, Financial Controlling, Accounting, Risk und Data Management) Empfehlungen für Entscheidungsfindungen durch kritische Beurteilung von Projekten, Investitionen und Verträgen sowie Portfoliobewertungen, Leistungsbemessung, Geschäftsmodellentwicklung und KPI-Setup geben
