Ihre Aufgaben
  • Vorbereitung / Nachbereitung (z.B. Baustellenabsperrung, Vermessungstätigkeiten durch Lieferanten,….)
  • Produktteile auf geforderte Maßgenauigkeit prüfen (Eingangskontrolle, nur wenn gefordert)
  • Durchführung von Funktionskontrollen (Begleitung/Unterstützung der Lieferanten)
  • Erstellung von Prüfberichten (V&V Dokumente bestehen und müssen mit Testergebnissen gefüllt werden)
  • Abfallentsorgung
  • Toiletten
  • Büro-Container
  • Wareneingangkontrolle
  • Lieferscheinmanagment
  • Abladen/Aufladen organisieren
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbar
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Baustellenkoordination
  • Projektmanagementkenntnisse notwendig
  • Mechanische „Grundkenntnisse“ (Stahl- und Anlagenbau)
  • Elektrische Grundkenntnisse (normgerechte Verlegung von Kabeln und Installation von elektrischen Komponenten)
  • Messtechnik Grundkenntnisse (Voraussetzungen zur Vermessung wie Umgebungsbedingungen etc.)
  • Führerschein (PKW, ggf. LKW)
  • Staplerschein
  • Kranschein (notwendig zur Bedienung des Hallenkrans am Bauplatz des Auftraggebers)
  • Gute Kenntnisse von MS Office
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Reisebereitschaft muss vorhanden sein
