Procurement Manager

Für unser Headquarter in Berlin-Tempelhof suchen wir ab sofort eine/n verantwortungsbewusste/n und engagierte/n MitarbeiterIn, für die Position Procurement Manager.
Als Procurement Manager bist du verantwortlich für die Implementierung und Optimierung von Einkaufsprozessen. Du übernimmst die Jahresplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Lieferanten und planst das Einkaufsbudget.
Du führst regelmäßige Lieferantengespräche und Preisverhandlungen und identifizierst mögliche Kosteneinsparungen.
Du identifizierst neue Partner und Alternativartikel.
WAS DU MITBRINGST :
- Du hast bereits mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position sammeln können, vorzugsweise in der Gastronomie
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Mit deinen Kenntnissen im Führen von Verhandlungen, erzielst du für uns das beste Ergebnis
- Du hast eine analytische Denkweise und Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Einkaufsstrategien
- Du bist zeitlich flexibel und hast Spaß daran über den Tellerrand hinaus ein echter Zugewinn für unser Team zu sein
- Einsatzbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit runden dein Profil ab – du weißt wann und wo du gebraucht wirst
