Responsibilities / Tasks
Als S/4 HANA RTR Roll-out Manager unterstützt Du unsere internationalen Gesellschaften beim Rollout des S/4 HANA Templates:
Analyse und Definition der RTR-Prozesse Erarbeitung von für die Implementierung von S4/HANA erforderlichen RTR-Konzepten Aufnahme von lokalen Anforderungen, Prozessen und Durchführung entsprechender Fit-Gap Analysen Design von Test Strategien (UAT/SIT) und Begleitung von CutOver Aktivitäten (Go-Live Vorbereitung, Migration, Hypercare support) Koordination und Durchführung von Key-User-Tests, Trainings und Hands-On-Sessions mit den internationalen Tochtergesellschaften Fachliche Abstimmung von spezifischen Themen mit dem lokalen Key User des Accounting Regelmäßige Abstimmung und Integration mit dem zentralen Template-Team Schnittstelle zwischen Corporate Accounting, zentralem Template Team und lokalen Einheiten im Rahmen des Roll-outs Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Template-Lösungen Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von WorkshopsYour Profile / Qualifications
abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, -Mathematik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung - gerne auch Quereinsteiger mit abgeschlossener Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenem Studium mit mehrjähriger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung vertiefte Kenntnisse in SAP-Technologien und Erfahrung in der Implementierung von ERP bzw. S4/HANA inkl. FIORI Erfahrung in den fachlichen Prozessen des Controllings und Accountings Erfahrung als S4/Finance Berater sowie Rollout Erfahrung im internationalen Umfeld wünschenswert Bereitschaft zu (temporären) Auslandseinsätzen Tiefes Verständnis von Organisation und Prozessen in den Bereichen des Anlagen- und Maschinenbaus wünschenswert Belastbarkeit bei der Arbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld gepaart mit proaktiver Kommunikation und Arbeitseinstellung Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und SchriftUnsere Vorteile:
