Stellenbeschreibung
Als HiL Development Engineer sind Sie für die Planung, Entwicklung und Implementierung von HIL-Testsystemen verantwortlich. Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:
Entwicklung von HIL-Systemen: Konzipieren, entwickeln und implementieren von HIL-Testsysteme und Modelle, um die Leistung und Zuverlässigkeit der elektronischen Steuerungen und Systeme zu überprüfen. Aufbau & Inbetriebnahme: Integrieren der elektronischen Steuergeräte, Sensoren und Aktoren in das HIL-System und Konfiguration der Testumgebung. Inbetriebnahme der erforderlichen HIL-Hard- und Softwarekomponenten sowie Sicherstellung der Betriebsfähigkeit an den Prüfumgebungen. Testfallentwicklung: Entwickeln von Testfälle und -szenarien entsprechend den Anforderungen, die es ermöglichen, die Funktionalität und Leistung der Systeme in einer simulierten Umgebung zu überprüfen. Durchführung von Tests: Durchführung von HIL-Tests, überwachen von Testläufen, erfassen von Daten und analysieren der Testergebnisse, um potenzielle Probleme zu identifizieren und zu beheben. Optimierung: Arbeiten an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der HIL-Testsysteme, um die Effizienz und Genauigkeit der Tests zu erhöhen. Dokumentation: Erstellen von detaillierten Reports über Testergebnisse und Dokumentation aller Testaktivitäten.
Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik/Informatik/Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Nutzung von HIL-Systemen (dSpace/Micronova) für die elektrische/elektronische Komponenten-Validierung sowie grundlegendes Verständnis zur Testautomatisierung und Know-how im Bereich Automotive-Bussysteme ( CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet, Flexray) Expertise im Umgang mit Testtools und HIL-Produkten ( EXAM, ECU-Test, Flash & Diagnose-Tools, Controldesk, CANoe/CANape) Kenntnisse in der Programmierung Python und MATLAB/Simulink von Vorteil Idealerweise Zusatzqualifikation zum ISTQB Certified Tester Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
