Du entwickelst eine interne Kommunikationsstrategie, um die Unternehmenskultur zu stärken und Mitarbeiterbindung zu fördernDu übernimmst die redaktionelle Planung und die Erstellung von LinkedIn-BeiträgenDu erstellst Pressemitteilungen, Artikel und andere PR-Materialien fürs UnternehmenDu pflegst Medienkontakte und betreust PresseanfragenDu planst und organisierst PR-Aktivitäten und führst diese durchDu planst und koordinierst die Umsetzung zukünftiger EventsDu arbeitest mit internen Abteilungen wie HR, Marketing und der Geschäftsführung zusammen, um die Kommunikationsziele zu unterstützenDas bringst du mit
Du hast dein Studium in einem fachbezogenen Bereich (z.B. Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften, Medien- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften, Eventmanagement) mit überdurchschnittlichem Erfolg abgeschlossenDu konntest bereits mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Public Relations und Event Management sammelnAusgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sind deine StärkeDu bist motiviert, spielst gern im Team und scheust dich nicht, eigene Ideen einzubringen Du bist ein Organisationstalent und hast eine kreative AderDu stellst hohe Ansprüche an deine eigene Arbeit und forderst dich gern selbst heraus Du hast sehr gute Microsoft-Office-KenntnisseDein Glück
