Was sind die Aufgaben dieser Stelle?
1st and 2nd Level Support für unsere eingesetzten IT Systeme am Standort und ggf. anderen Standorten der NextPharma Administration der physischen und virtuellen (VMware) Client-/ Serverlandschaft sowie der Netzwerkinfrastruktur Administration VoIP-Telefonanlage Zahlreiche Betätigungsfelder vom lokalen Fileserver über IT-Security bis zur „Cloud“ in einem heterogenen Netzwerk Administration von produktionsnahen und Labor IT Systemen Microsoft Azure Dienste (Azure AD, Endpoint Security, Office 365…) von Vorteil Schulung von Mitarbeitern Umsetzen von lokalen und globalen IT Projekten am Standort Leben und Weiterentwickeln der IT Service Management Prozesse
