Dein Job

  • Du bist Teil des Teams Process & Implementation Consultings und hier verantwortlich für die Analyse und Beratung von prozessrelevanten Fragestellungen.
  • Deine Aufgaben liegen in der Aufnahme, Analyse und Dokumentation von Prozessen und komplexen organisatorischen Fragestellungen. Hierbei führst du Interviews, Umfragen und Workshops mit den Fachbereichen durch.
  • Du erstellst übergreifende Konzepte zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe unserer Agenturen.
  • Du erstellst Optimierungsvorschläge und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management.
  • Change-Management - Du begleitest die Einführung neuer Prozesse und Tools zusammen mit den Implementierungsteams mit Schwerpunkt auf effiziente Kommunikations- und Schulungsmaßnahmen.

  • Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Prozess- und Projektmanagement, Inhouse-Consulting oder Unternehmensberatung.
  • Du hast Erfahrungen in der Analyse und Dokumentation von Prozessen sammeln können.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte Vorgehensweise sowie eigenverantwortliche, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus.
