Your tasks

Resolving faults and service requests via ticket system, telephone or e-mail Qualification, analysis and prompt rectification of incoming IT faults Installation, configuration and commissioning of client systems in the medical environment On-schedule installation or removal and relocation of client systems Creation of documentation and maintenance of the knowledge database Routine administrative tasks, e.g. assigning authorizations, software rollouts and upgrades Support for IT software and IT hardware products Support in project work

Your profile

Successfully completed training Professional experience in 1st and 2nd level support for hardware and software faults desirable Confident handling of Microsoft operating systems (from Windows 7) and Microsoft Office (from 2010) Good knowledge of current end devices in the client-server area, such as desktop PCs, thin clients, notebooks and mobile devices Experience with ticket systems desirable, especially OTRS or KIX Ideally experience with remote maintenance systems High IT affinity and technical understanding Excellent written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage A high degree of initiative, commitment, flexibility and ability to work in a team Above-average communication skills and strong service orientation
