Job description
Plan, organize and coordinate all work in the projects to ensure the project timelines and quality of deliverables according to the process defined in the company and by the customer. Develop a budget in collaboration with the management, optimize and monitor it during the whole process of the project (purchase order, delivery notes, invoicing). Analyze the risk to establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action Coordinate management and technical decisions as well as the communication with the customer Management of subcontractors Definition of roles in the team to ensure the correct performance of the activities Centralize all information in order to make it more fluid and then facilitate exchanges between all stakeholders.Determine the blocking points in the progress of the project,Create reports and progress reports on the project(s) monitoredPrepare, coordinate, animate internal / external reviews and write reports (MoM),Profile
Hard-Skills
Good experience in the aeronautic sector - especially Airframe designKnowledge of aircraft lifecycle managementAbility to work under pressureFluent German and English.Proficiency in Office-like tools and in particular Excel and MS ProjectGood financial backgroundExcellent writing skillsSoft-Skills :
Capacity to lead teamsKnow how to prioritize tasks and actions,Ability to work in an international matrix structureAbility to Analyze & Synthesize:Communication Skills: Conveying and receiving ideas and information directly to others or through various media to foster understanding and create productive working relationships-
