Für unseren Kunden, einen internationalen Konzern im Bereich technischer Dienstleistungen, mit Sitz im Rhein-Main-Gebiet, suchen wir aktuell eine*n internationale*n IT-Projektleiter (alle Geschlechter) für computer-aided Facility Management.

Aufgabenspektrum

Im Projektmanagement CAFM steuern Sie internationale Projekte mit dem Schwerpunkt computer-aided Facility Management. Bei den Projekten handelt es sich sowohl um Rollouts und Implementierungen, sowie um Anpassungen innerhalb der Systeme. 

Im einzelnen sind Sie verantwortlich für:

  • Sie agieren als zentrale Ansprechperson im Unternehmen für Fragestellungen zu eingesetzten CAFM-Lösungen
  • Sie identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale und setzen diese gemeinsam mit der Projektorganisation um
  • Sie betreuen den gesamten Lifecycle der Applikationen: Anforderungsanalyse, Konzepterstellung, Implementierung, Go-Live
  • Sie organisieren Workshops mit Anwendern und Key Usern und führen diese durch
  • Sie koordinieren externe Partner und gewährleisten systemseitig die Funktionalität des CAFM für alle internen Einheiten 
Erfahrungen

Im Idealfall haben bringen Sie folgende Erfahrungen mit: 

  • Sie haben Ihr Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Sie verfügen über mehrere Jahre Erfahrungen im IT-Projektmanagement 
  • Sie haben Branchenerfahrung im Facility Management und kennen die gängigen CAFM-Lösungen aus der Praxis
  • Sie haben Spaß an einer internationalen Tätigkeit und sprechen mindestens fließend Deutsch und Englisch
