Aufgaben
Prozessmodellierung / Prozessoptimierung der QM relevanten E2E Prozesse Bereich- und Abteilungsübergreifende Prozessoptimierung Erarbeitung des neuen Case Management mit den Fachbereichen und globalen / lokalen / regionalen Prozessmanager Anpassung der QM-System relevanten Prozesse sowie das Abbilden und Einhalten der normativen Anforderungen unter Berücksichtigung der integrierten Managementsysteme Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Pflege der QM-Prozesse (E2E) im Dokumentenmanagement FLG Wiki Profil Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium mit Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik oder Technikerausbildung Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement wünschenswert Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Gute PC-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit QM-Methoden Flexibilität, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative Gutes Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit sowie Reisebereitschaft Wir bieten Wir gestalten die Zukunft: Weltweit erfolgreich, innovativ und vorausschauend - mit den Werten eines Familienunternehmens Zusammenarbeit denken wir langfristig: Wir handeln verantwortungsbewusst, setzen auf Teamgeist und bieten Möglichkeiten zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung (z.
