Mitarbeit in der Entwicklung von mechatronischen Lenksystemen Verstehen und Analysieren komplexer Zusammenhänge (Mechanik, Elektronik, Hydraulik, SW, Regelungstechnik) Durchführung von Gefahren- und Risikoanalysen im Bereich funktionale Sicherheit unter Verwendung der ISO 26262 Sicherheitsplanung und Erstellung des funktionalen sowie technischen Sicherheitskonzepts Durchführung von Sicherheitsanalysen unter Anwendung von FMEA, FMEDA, FTA, DFA, etc. Teilnahme und Durchführung an/von technischen Reviews Übernahme von Forschungs- und Entwicklungstätigkeiten bspw. im Bereich Hard- und Softwareentwicklung oder in Verbindung mit Sensoren, Aktuatoren Entwurf der Systemarchitektur des Sicherheitssystems mit anschließender Detaillierung der Sicherheitsfunktionen in Hardware- und Softwarefunktionen der Elektronik Bewertung und Ausbau der Entwicklungsprozesse Vorgaben zum Systemdesign (Mechanik, Elektronik und Software-Algorithmus-Entwicklung) mit internen/externen Teams definieren Entwickeln / Aufbauen & Testen neuer Konzepte auf dem Prüfstand und im Fahrzeug
Was Sie mitbringen:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Fahrzeugtechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung Mechatronisches Verständnis auf Systemebene Dezidierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der funktionalen Sicherheit nach ISO 26262 Ed. 1/2 gefordert Kenntnisse im Bereich Normen (ISO 61508, ISO 25119, ISO PAS 21448, ISO 16949, etc.) wünschenswert Kenntnisse im Bereich ECE-R 79 und Lenkungstechnik wünschenswert Praktische Erfahrungen als Functional Safety Engineer (ASIL C, D) Kenntnisse im Bereich Sicherheitsanalysen Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Requirements-Management-Tools (Integrity, FMEA) wünschenswert Kenntnisse im Umgang mit System-Architektur-Tools (Enterprise Architect, Cameo Systems Modeler, etc.) wünschenswert Kenntnisse in Umgang mit Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) wünschenswert
