Project Portfolio Advisor (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Managements bei der erfolgreichen Umsetzung des deutschen Netzausbau-Portfolios
  • Bereitstellung relevanter Portfolio-Informationen, um die übergeordnete Steuerung und Organisation der Projekte und Prozesse zu ermöglichen
  • Weiterentwicklung eines KPI-Systems und Unterstützung des Managements bei der Festlegung von Zielen
  • Etablierung der OKR-Methode innerhalb des Geschäftsbereichs
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Performance Dialogues auf Management-Ebene
Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH) der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurswissenschaften oder der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Projekt- und Portfoliomanagementkenntnisse erforderlich, idealerweise Projektmanagement-Zertifikat (bspw. IPMA Level C/D)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Zusammenhang mit Groß- und/oder Bauprojekten der Linieninfrastruktur
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von KPI-Systemen sowie in der Anwendung der Methode Objectives & Key Results von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen erforderlich, idealerweise Erfahrung mit MS Viva Goals
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, hohe Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Moderationsfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige, gewissenhafte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse und fließende Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich
