Job description:

Supplier Portfolio development as key element to enable TE Connectivity´s Strategic development Supplier Management to enable Supplier Partnering especially in tight and volatile demand situations Cost Management for YoY Productivity to support TE Connectivity Margin commitment  Multi year commodity strategy in line with company strategy Team development for constantly increasing efficiency and capability of cross European Team Cross functional and cross regional coordination to exceed established goals


Requirements:

Bachelor or Master’s degree. Min. 5 years professional experience in a procurement role Solid experience in remote leadership across different locations Automotive experience is an advantage Excellent communication skills, exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills English on business level, additional language skills are an asset
