Die Rolle des Senior Managers Category Development, Data & Analytics ist im Marketing, in unserem Central Europe West (CEW) Hub, am Standort Hamburg angesiedelt. Die Person, die wir suchen, wird die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines Teams von aktuell zwei Retail Category Development Managern sowie einem Analytics Manager übernehmen.
Du und dein Team sind maßgeblich für die Marktdaten und Shopper Insights unserer Kategorien Oral Care, Personal Care sowie Home Care verantwortlich. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Sales und Finance treibt ihr die Entwicklung unserer Kategorien voran. Der Schwerpunkt deiner Tätigkeit liegt in der Identifikation von Potenzialen und Trends, der Analyse des Marktes und der Performance unserer Wettbewerber sowie des Portfolios unserer Kunden. Die Aufbereitung datenbasierter Berichte und daraus abzuleitende Handlungsempfehlungen für andere Abteilungen sowie für das Leadership Team sind ein wichtiger Bestandteil deiner Arbeit. Darüber hinaus entwickelst du in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Handelspartnern übergreifende Projekte für unsere Kategorien.
Die Verantwortung des Bereichs Data & Analytics liegt ebenfalls bei dir und somit runden die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren externen Daten-Partnern und die Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Analytics Tools dein Aufgabenprofil ab.

Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines Teams von Retail Category Development Managern und Analytics Managern Identifikation und Erarbeitung von schlagkräftigen, datenbasierten Retail-/Kategoriestrategien zur Stärkung der Kunden-und Markenbindung sowie zur Förderung des Wachstums unserer Kategorien Regelmäßige als auch ad-hoc Erstellungen von Analysen inklusive Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen Entwicklung, Ausbau und Umsetzung einer RGM (Revenue Growth Management) Strategie Ausbau unserer analytischen Fähigkeiten und RGM Anwendungen in allen (kommerziellen) Funktionen Gesamtkoordination und Verantwortung für die (strategische) Preisplanung und -Umsetzung Planung und Verwaltung des Budgets Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Sales, Finance und unseren Handelskunden Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Analytics Tools-und FähigkeitenQualifikation / Voraussetzungen:
Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing / Vertrieb oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mind 8 Jahre crossfunktionale Berufserfahrung im Category Management, Channel Management und Customer Development in einer internationalen Matrixorganisation im FMCG-Umfeld Eine nachweislich von Analytik geprägte Denk- und Arbeitsweise: Erfahrung im Umgang mit Haushalts- und Handelspaneldaten sowie dem Erkennen und Heben von Potenzialen.
