TalenTailors is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our customer`s team. As a Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in managing financial processes and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

    • Control over day-to-day business operations - You will be responsible for immediately taking on and managing daily accounting tasks. These tasks include processing incoming and outgoing invoices, posting bank transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing and executing payments.
    • You will assist the Senior Finance Manager in the accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, as well as in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
    • As a team player, you will collaborate with your colleagues to identify areas for process improvement.

Requirements

    • Bring your expertise to us - You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship with further training as a financial accountant.
    • You possess several years of professional experience in accounting according to the German Commercial Code (HGB) and can demonstrate a basic understanding of taxation. This knowledge will enable you to handle the aforementioned tasks and other general accounting activities with ease.
    • Digitalization and process improvement are your forte - You are an enthusiastic digital native who firmly believes in automating and digitizing accounting processes.
    • You have a passion for optimizing processes and structures, especially in the finance and accounting domains.
    • Ideally, you have experience with Sage 100 and are proficient in using the MS Office package.
    • Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level) are required.
