Inbound Sales Specialist

Your key responsibilities
Build and manage the full process from prospect to Sales Qualified Leads Manage all in-bound enquiries via the website, switchboard etc. Conduct outbound calls to generate new leads and follow-up on existing leads Support the build up of digital lead generation & nurturing engine Attend trade shows and events to represent the company and generate leads Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and ensure a good customer journey by understanding their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer information in our CRM system Work closely with Market Intelligence, Marketing and Sales in order to identify and explore new potentials and develop related strategies for offline and online lead generation & nurturing Work closely with the Legal Department to initiate and sign CDA’s
Your profile
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Science or related field preferred First Sales experience, preferably in an Inside Sales / Marketing role (digital & offline skills) 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a Contract Development & Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) Proficiency with CRM and/or marketing automation systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis. Experience in sales analysis and data management, good understanding of market research techniques and data analysis methods Experience attending and representing companies at trade shows and industry events Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage customer relationships Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Team player with the ability to collaborate with various departments Good command of English, written and spoken Work can be done mainly remote, willingness to travel
