We are a beauty start-up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is made of over 60 brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to actively write Yepoda’s story.
We are currently looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Manager colleague to join the team. You will have the opportunity to be in a dynamic role and support our team in the field of Online Performance Marketing.
Your tasks- Support with setup and monitoring of Marketing campaigns along all our Online Marketing channels (Paid Social - mainly Google, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Amazon, SEA, etc.)
- Support with ongoing analysis of the relevant campaign KPIs and optimization of the budget
- You come up with new ideas and think outside of the box to find the next concept to make your Marketing campaigns excel
- Collaboration with our Graphic Design team to ensure great creatives and to continuously test new ideas and formats
- You successfully graduated with a degree in Media Management, Marketing, Economics or a related field
- First experiences in E-Commerce and/or Online Marketing, preferably setting up paid ads and managing their performance
- Focus on results, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, affinity for creating reports and extracting useful insights from data
- Hands-on-mentality, high drive, and ambition to perform in an effective way
- English language skills on a native or bilingual level are essential. German, Dutch, or French skills are a plus
- Passion for Beauty topics and an interest in keeping up with Social Media trends (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, etc.)
- Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets etc.)
- You are a team player, open to new things, and are excited about the chance, to take on responsibility in a young startup and grow together with us
